1. Quality Control Manager Assigned.

Before we set foot inside your building, we make sure we have management in place to handle all your needs. All of our quality control managers are experienced in the building cleaning and janitorial services business and have attended the most up-to-date industry training.

2. Crew Selection.

Each quality control manager thoroughly checks to make sure all crew members
meet minimum job requirements—including work experience in the industry and conscientiousness to perform all tasks completely—and are well matched to your building maintenance needs.

3. Training

Continuing education has brought Unlimited Building Maintenance the level of respect it commands in the Greater Kansas City area. We advocate increasing knowledge and understanding through classes and certifications. All UBM employees must graduate the UBM Academy of Excellence—a comprehensive skills and safety training program—prior to performing work in any of our clients' buildings

4. Building Start-Up and Walk-Through.

Prior to the official launch of your service, your salesperson will complete a building inspection with the quality control manager and the assigned crew to outline the expectations for building maintenance levels and identify current gaps in cleanliness.

5. Ongoing Communication.

We stay in close contact with building management on a daily basis for quality control purposes. Plus, our quality control team is available to you 24/7 and will respond within 30 minutes of your call.

6. Quality Control.

We follow through on our commitment to quality service by conducting regular building inspections. Your assigned quality control manager is responsible for inspecting each job, and obtaining feedback from you. We have automated quality control scorecards that provide you with a weekly assessment of your facility's cleanliness. Our Client Management System enables you to easily give us your feedback in real time.

7. Respond & Recovery System.

If you're ever dissatisfied with our service or have a problem with your account, we're ready to step in to fix the problem immediately. UBM has developed a rapid 24-hour Respond & Recovery System. We follow four simple steps to ensure that any issue or concern you have is resolved quickly:

  1. Identify the problem.
  2. Investigate with the quality control manager and crew.
  3. Determine and implement the appropriate solution.
  4. Follow up with you to ensure resolution within 24 hours.
