High Performance Floor Coatings

GlossTek 100 and GlossTek 400 are high performance floor care coatings that deliver a durable, long-lasting shine. These products utilize waterbased urethane technologies to produce a high gloss, non-yellowing clear coating for virtually all resilient and non-resilient floors. GlossTek 100 and GlossTek 400 have been applied to 10′s of millions of square feet of commercial flooring over the past 7-years providing a high-gloss with dry times of 8 and 4 hours, respectively.

GlossTek and all of JFB’s water-based, ultra-durable urethane coatings can help customers achieve an additional LEED Credit under the U.S. Green Building Council’s program.   JFB’s coatings, GlossTek, SatinTek, MatteTek and VersaTek each meet the VOC Criteria of EQ-4.2, Low Emitting Coatings and Paints.

Adhesion Plus is an additive for any of JFB’s coatings, which allows the coatings to adhere to ceramic.  This capability opens up uses in bathrooms, kitchens, locker rooms and building lobbies.
